About CARSHOW
Carshow is a photo and content-sharing platform similar to a social media feed where users can upload images, posts, create profiles, engage with other users, and explore content posted by the community. Users may also interact to buy and sell vehicles and services. Car Show is not responsible for the actual sales/business, not deals with the transaction, it only facilitates the introduction.
minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Carshow. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
user accounts
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
user content ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload including photos, captions, and profile information (“User Content”).
LICENcE TO CARSHOW
By uploading User Content, you grant Carshow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content for the operation and improvement of the App.
image sharing permissions
Your images and profile details will only be shared publicly if you enable the relevant permissions. We will not use them outside the App without your explicit permission.
data protection/privacy
We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is processed securely and used only to provide and improve the App.
prohibited content
Users must not upload illegal, harmful, explicit, defamatory, or misleading content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
